Kjell Stokvik is the Managing Director of the Centre for High North Logistics (CHNL) with their HQ located in Kirkenes, Norway. Mr. Stokvik has previously worked with finance, logistics, foreign policy issues related to humanitarian aid and development aid. He have also gained experience managing NGO’s in complexed relief operations both in the field and at HQ. Prior to joining the CHNL Mr.Stokvik worked as Humanitarian director for CARE International in Oslo.

Mr Stokvik is originally from Leknes in Lofoten, Norway. He has a Master’s degree in Business and Administration from the Nord University in Bodø Norway. He has also studied in Sweden and at other universities in Norway.
