Leading my own company ten years and into success taught me what business is all about. Our company grew from a minor office into a serious actor on the market. This experience added with ten years involved in the mining industry ending up with the Site Manager position in the Pahtavaara Mine furthermore expanded my understanding of different operations and processes. Especially the meaning of good contracts and agreements on every level became very clear: leading and performing on a larger scale.

My strength is in combining leadership and management successfully.
