Lillian Hvatum-Brewster is the Vice President, Indigenous Community Relations & Development for ATCO Group. In this role, Ms. Hvatum-Brewster works with Community and Indigenous Relations representatives from across the organization to grow and enhance the positive working relationships ATCO has with communities across Canada through the sharing of best practices, materials and processes. Ms. Hvatum-Brewster also works to develop new partnerships across Canada to expand opportunities, and brings more than 20 years of ATCO experience to the position.

Ms. Hvatum-Brewster was most recently Vice President, Northern Development for ATCO Electric, where she was responsible for identifying business opportunities in the North. She began her career with ATCO over 20 years ago as Senior Manager, Aboriginal programs with ATCO Frontec. In 2005 she was named Vice President, Aboriginal Business with ATCO Frontec where she developed partnerships and joint ventures with many Indigenous groups and businesses across the three Territories, Nunavik, Labrador and Alaska. She also has extensive experience in training development and employment, adult education in the Northwest Territories and experience in working with land claims and land claim cooperation agreements across the North.

Ms. Hvatum-Brewster was born in the Northwest Territories and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from both the University of Ottawa and Athabasca University. She has participated on numerous boards over the years internally and externally and is currently a member of the Northwestel Board of Directors.
